1.2. We do not sell full retail bottles of perfume—our service is intended solely for sampling purposes.
1.3. These terms may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website implies your acceptance of any modifications.
2. Authenticity and Brand Affiliation
2.1. DecantZone is not affiliated with any fragrance brands, designers, or trademark holders.
2.2. All products offered are 100% authentic, sourced from authorized retailers or distributors.
2.3. The perfumes are rebottled into smaller glass atomizers and do not include the original retail packaging.
3. Product Information
3.1. The volume of each sample is clearly listed on the product page to help customers make an informed decision.
3.2. As each sample is hand-filled, slight variations in liquid levels may occur, though we ensure consistency in every order.
3.3. Images on the website serve as a reference and may not exactly match the final product received.
4. Payment and Pricing
4.1. We accept payments via major credit cards and bank transfers.
4.2. Prices are displayed in EUR, but other currencies are accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice, though any modifications will not affect previously confirmed orders.
4.3. Promotional offers or discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated and may have expiration dates.
4.4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing details to avoid delays in processing their orders.
5. Shipping & Delivery

5.4. Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses will not qualify for a shipping refund.
5.5. If your name is not displayed on your mailbox or doorbell, your package may be returned to us. To prevent this, ensure the recipient's name is clearly visible.
6. Order Modifications, Cancellations, and Refunds
6.1. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or modified due to the nature of our product preparation.
6.2. Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused products (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility), or in cases where we have made an error, such as sending the wrong fragrance or an incorrect size (return shipping covered by us).
6.3. If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 2 days with photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue.
6.4. Used, opened, or altered items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
6.5. Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase (return shipping costs paid by the customer).
7. Age Restrictions
7.1. By purchasing from DecantZone, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement to buy fragrance products in your country.
7.2. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations regarding fragrance purchases and imports.
8. Liability Limitations

8.2. Due to the small sample sizes, we do not include ingredient labels, but full ingredient lists can be found in the product descriptions or requested via email.
8.3. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Additional Information
If the requested atomizer size is unavailable, we will provide the next closest size. (Example: A 2ml order may be fulfilled with a 3ml atomizer if 2ml is out of stock.)
Each sample is freshly prepared using sterile tools and high hygiene standards.
We are not associated with or endorsed by any perfume brands. However, all fragrances are 100% authentic and obtained from authorized sources, with purchase receipts retained for verification.
