1.1. DecantZone specializes in providing a perfume samples service to fragrance enthusiasts. We do not sell full bottles of perfume.
1.2. Our service is designed for customers who wish to try different fragrances before committing to a full bottle, allowing them to explore a wide variety of scents without the investment in larger quantities.
1.3. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective as of the date of posting on our website. Your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Affiliation and Authenticity
2.1. We are not affiliated with any perfume brands, designers, or trademark holders. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners.
2.2. All perfumes and fragrances offered on our site are original and genuine, sourced directly from authorized retailers or distributors.
2.3. The original retail bottle is not included with your sample purchase. Instead, samples are transferred into smaller glass atomizers for convenience.
3. Product Details
3.1. The size of the glass atomizers is clearly indicated in each product description, allowing customers to select the volume that best suits their needs.
3.2. Due to the nature of the sampling process, there may be slight variations in fill levels, but we strive for consistency in every order.
3.3. The images of bottles shown on the website are for reference purposes only and may not accurately represent the final product.
4. Payment and Pricing
4.1. Payments can be made with all major card companies, or if you prefer, by bank transfer.
4.2. All prices listed on our website are in EUR, but we do accept payments in other currencies. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Pricing changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
4.3. Any promotional discounts or offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated and are subject to expiration as specified.
4.4. You are responsible for ensuring that the billing information provided is accurate and complete to avoid any delays in processing your order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. We ship to most countries worldwide, but shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
5.2. Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their respective countries.
5.3. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or other authorities during the import process.
5.4. Please note that if an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
5.5. If your name is not displayed on the mailbox or doorbell of your residence, your order may be returned to the sender, and the shipping cost will not be refunded. To avoid this, we recommend using the name of a household member or resident whose name is visible on the mailbox or doorbell as the recipient.
6. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
6.1. Once an order is placed, cancellations or changes are not accepted due to the nature of our products and the sampling process.
6.2. We do not accept returns unless the articles are unopened and unused (return costs for unopened and unused articles are paid by the customer) or there is a mistake on our part, such as sending a different fragrance sample or a smaller size than the one ordered (return costs paid by us).
6.3. If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 days of receipt with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
6.4. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items that are opened, used, or no longer in their original condition.
6.5. Unused and unopened articles can be returned within 30 days after the purchase date (return costs paid by the customer).
6.6. Please note that if an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the shipping fee will not be refunded.
7. Legal Age Requirement
7.1. By purchasing from DecantZone, you confirm that you are of legal age to buy fragrance products in your country of residence.
7.2. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with any local laws or regulations regarding the purchase and importation of fragrance products.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. DecantZone is not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from the use of any products purchased from our site. We recommend performing a patch test before using any new fragrance.
8.2. Unfortunately, the dimensions of our samples do not allow us to add a label with the list of ingredients, but it is possible to find all ingredients in the description of each fragrance or request them via email or contact form.
8.3. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All content, images, logos, and other materials on DecantZone’s website are the property of DecantZone and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.
9.2. Unauthorized use of our website or content may result in legal action and termination of your right to use our services.

Additional Notes
If we do not have an atomizer of the size requested, we will send your fragrance in the next available size.
Example: If you order 2ml and we do not have a 2ml atomizer available, we will send your order in a 3ml atomizer.
Our samples are made to order. We use clean, sterile tools to transfer the fragrance into bottles of the specified size.
We are not connected with, affiliated, or sponsored by any of the brands whose products we offer. We do not copy, replicate, imitate, or use any brand logos or trademarks, nor do we infringe on intellectual property rights. However, we do provide 100% authentic fragrances, packaged in designs uniquely created by us. All our fragrances are sourced from authorized retailers, and we retain receipts to verify their authenticity.
