DecantZone Returns

Eligibility for Returns

You must request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Only unopened and sealed perfume decants or fragrance samples are eligible for return.

Products that have been used or opened cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong fragrance or atomizer size).

Track Your Return: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely received, as DecantZone is not responsible for lost returns.

 

Refund Procedure

After we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return policy, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

In exceptional cases, processing delays may occur, and we appreciate your understanding in these situations.

 

Important Notes

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Remember to include photos of the item to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Post-Delivery Responsibility: Once your order is delivered, DecantZone is not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft.
